Luxury Sales & Client Experience: Lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service with a warm, personable approach. Guide clients through the bespoke tailoring process, offering expert advice on fabrics, fit, and style.

Retail & Bespoke Sales Growth: Develop strategies to drive sales across both bespoke and ready-to-wear collections. Identify opportunities to expand our customer base and maintain long-term client relationships.

Operations & Performance Management: Oversee the day-to-day store functions, including team scheduling, stock management, and maintaining impeccable store presentation.

KPI & Sales Monitoring: Track team performance, monitor key sales metrics, and provide regular reports to ensure business objectives are met.

Brand Representation: Be a brand ambassador, ensuring that every client interaction reflects the creativity, quality, and innovation that defines Gresham Blake.

Who You Are

Passionate about fashion, tailoring, and luxury retail with a strong understanding of styling and trends.

Experienced in retail management, with a proven track record in leading and motivating a team.

Ideally, experienced in bespoke tailoring sales or high-end menswear/womenswear, though training will be provided.

A confident and personable communicator who builds strong client relationships.

Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

Comfortable managing schedules, rotas, stock control, and logistics to ensure smooth store operations.
