RETURNS & CANCELLATION INFORMATION
RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 28 DAYS
We are happy to refund or exchange most stock items (including sale items) within 28 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind. The only item that you cannot return is the Gresham Blake Face Mask, for understandable reasons. Also altered or customised garments are normally non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN?
- Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your order.
- Package your items carefully, with each item in its original packaging and all swing tags attached.
- Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. We cannot accept returns of items as faulty if they have not been treated as instructed in the garment care label.
- Returns and exchanges will be at your own cost if you are posting (GB advises using a recorded service and keeping your receipt as proof of your return).
- Alternatively, return by hand, to Gresham Blake stores in Brighton or London (check opening hours), where we will issue you with a refund to your original payment method.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
- Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged). Please note that items must meet our return policy.
- The details of your return will also be posted to your account.
- Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
