Return or exchange within 28 days

We’re happy to refund or exchange most stock items — including sale pieces — within 28 days of delivery, we only ask that:

  • Items are returned new, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Garments haven’t been worn, washed, or altered.

  • You follow the care instructions — we can’t accept returns of items damaged through misuse.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, Gresham Blake Face Masks are non-returnable. Any garments that have been altered or customised (including bespoke pieces) are usually non-refundable.

Pack it properly
Use the original packaging where possible and include all tags.

Click here to start your return — you’ll be sent a QR code to take to your nearest drop-off point. No printer? No problem. Just show the code and go.

Or return in person
Pop into our Brighton store for a refund or exchange on the spot.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Refunds will be sent to your original payment method, and you’ll get a confirmation email when it’s been processed.
