Return or exchange within 28 days
We’re happy to refund or exchange most stock items, including sale pieces within 28 days of delivery, we only ask that you ensure:
- Items are returned new, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Garments haven’t been worn, washed, or altered.
- You follow the care instructions we can’t accept faulty returns of items damaged through misuse.

Pack it properly
Use the original packaging where possible and include all tags.

Or return in person
Pop into our Brighton store for a refund or exchange on the spot.

Returns made from outside of the UK will be at your own cost.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Any garments that have been altered or customised (including bespoke pieces) are usually non-refundable.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, Gresham Blake Face Masks are non-returnable.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 1-3 business days from the date we receive your item.
Refunds will be sent to your original payment method, and you’ll get a confirmation email when it’s been processed, this may take a further 3-5 days to appear back in your account.
