Retail Sales Assistant - Bond Street, Brighton
Full-time, Permanent | £25,000–£28,000 + commission | Uniform allowance
Full-time, 5 days per week including weekends.
Gresham Blake is a British bespoke tailor known for beautifully made, characterful clothing. Our Bond Street store in Brighton is looking for a polished, personable Retail Sales Assistant to join the team — someone who loves working with people, has an eye for style, and takes real pride in delivering a first-class shopping experience.

What you'll be doing
- Delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service and driving sales on the shop floor
- Styling customers and fitting ready-to-wear to help them look and feel their best
- Learning our special order suit service, with full training to become a trusted advisor on made-to-order tailoring
- Fulfilling online orders accurately and on time
- Assisting with shop merchandising and keeping displays looking their best
- Maintaining an immaculate, welcoming store environment
What we're looking for
- Previous retail experience (fashion, menswear or luxury retail a plus)
- A confident, friendly and professional approach with customers
- A keen eye for styling and presentation
- Willingness to learn our tailoring and special order process
- A reliable team player who takes initiative and pride in their work
What we offer
- £25,000–£28,000 plus commission
